During injection, because the material flow is uniformly injected into the cavity along the two-point gate, the mandrel is not skewed, the residual melting marks on the gate are small, and it automatically breaks off and falls, thereby improving the appearance quality of the product.
Mandrel mold: The mandrel is the second most important part of the product. The structure is cross-shaped. The two-plate mold is used to process the cross ribs by electric spark. It can also adopt a multi-block combination structure, which can be processed by wire cutting equipment to reduce the cross ribs, and then assembled after polishing.
