How It Works
1. Load the Medication Cartridge
Insert a pre-filled medication cartridge into the pen body and secure it according to the device instructions.
2. Select the Dose
Use the dose dial or display to set the prescribed amount of medication.
3. Attach a Disposable Needle
Screw a new sterile pen needle onto the pen tip before each injection to ensure safe and hygienic delivery.
4. Perform the Injection
Press the injection button or plunger to deliver the medication subcutaneously (under the skin).
5. Reuse the Pen Device
After the injection, remove and discard the needle. The pen body remains reusable, and a new cartridge can be inserted when needed.
