What is the difference between the standard and needle-concealment models?

The standard model uses a conventional clip-cap presentation. The needle-concealment model uses a sleeve-style cap intended to reduce direct needle visibility. Selection depends on the target user workflow and project usability requirements.

Is every 3 mL cartridge directly compatible?

No. The cartridge drawing, stopper, flange or neck geometry, dimensional tolerances and interaction with the drive system must be reviewed before compatibility is confirmed.

What information should we provide for an initial evaluation?

Please provide the cartridge drawing, formulation viscosity, target dose range and increment, needle specification, desired injection time or force, intended users, target market and expected annual volume.
