Based on the authoritative standard of China's "Oral Solid Pharmaceutical Polypropylene Bottle" YBB00112002-2015, there is a clear standardized process for the testing of water vapor permeability of effervescent tubes. Among them, the third method (2) of the water vapor permeability determination method (YBB00092003-2015) is required for testing. During the testing process, the environmental conditions are strictly controlled. The temperature must be kept stable at 25℃±2℃ and the relative humidity must be controlled at 95%±5%. Under such a standard environment, the measured water vapor permeability value is accurate and comparable, and can truly reflect the moisture-proof performance of the effervescent tube. According to regulations, the water vapor permeability of the effervescent tube shall not exceed 100 mg/24h・L. This limit standard has become an important measure to measure whether the effervescent tube is qualified.
