At present, a high-quality packaging with low protein adsorption, low refractive index, and drug compatibility test without peeling has been widely used abroad, that is, cycloolefin polymer (COP). Compared with glass materials, this material has higher transparency and can be used for drugs with PH greater than 9, such as Avastin, alemtuzumab, opdivo, primima, etanercept and other lymphocyte antigens Drugs such as anti-tumor and anti-tumor drugs are packaged in COP bottles.


Although the price is higher than that of glass materials, COP bottles can effectively reduce the drug adsorption on the surface of the container and improve the utilization rate of the drugs, thereby saving very expensive biological drug overflow costs. From this point of view, it should be enough to offset the higher COP plastic bottle cost.
