The desiccant material is injection molded into the inner wall of the vial, creating built-in moisture-control support instead of using a loose desiccant sachet or canister.

What is an integrated desiccant vial for test strips?
It is a moisture-proof desiccant vial where the desiccant material is injection molded into the inner wall of the container, providing built-in moisture absorption without a loose desiccant insert.
Why is moisture control important for test strip packaging?
Many diagnostic strips and IVD products contain moisture-sensitive functional areas. Packaging should help reduce external moisture ingress and manage residual moisture inside the container.
How is this different from a desiccant sachet or canister?
A sachet or canister is a separate component placed inside the bottle. An integrated desiccant bottle builds the moisture-absorbing material into the bottle wall.
What product sizes are available?
The specification sheet lists IDP-S, IDP-M and IDP-L options, including cap outer diameter, closed height, vial body outer diameter, opened cap width, opened height and inner opening diameter. Customers can request samples to confirm strip fit.
What moisture absorption performance is listed?
Under 75% +/-5% relative humidity and 25 C +/-5 C, the listed saturation moisture absorption rate should be at least 14%.
Is this product suitable for automated packaging?
Yes. Because the desiccant is integrated into the bottle structure, customers do not need to add a separate desiccant insert during filling.
